蔡石山（Shih-shan Henry Tsai），享誉国际的历史学者，美国俄勒冈大学历史学博士，曾执教于台湾大学、美国加州大学洛杉矶与伯克利分校、阿肯色大学等，曾任美国阿肯色大学历史系教授兼亚洲研究中心主任。著有《明代的女人》《永乐大帝》等。
